This Data is drawn from information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. It includes such things as the type of browser software you use, the operating system you are running, the website that referred you, the date and time of your visit and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address. The IP address can be used to determine the approximate geographic location of a visitor’s device. For example, using the site stats interface, I can see which blog posts have been read most frequently and which countries users are coming from. This data does not identify specific users; I can see, for example, that a post has been read 285 times but not which users have read that post. This Data is only collected and recorded by Mailchimp when users elect to subscribe to the mailing list. Mailchimp handles the new blog post alerts that subscribers receive. You will have the right and ability to opt out of future notifications from links within the notification messages.
